I’ve seen a lot of posts on the internet saying Peter was a coward, and that he gave up on Wendy because he was too much of a coward, or a child.
That’s some shit.
I wonder if those people ever thought about the fact that Peter takes care of the Lost Boys. I wonder if they ever read the stories, and knew that Peter takes the souls of young children that have died young, and guides them on their way to the next world.
Peter isn’t a coward, he’s a hero. He’s selfless, always acts in defense of those who can’t help themselves, and never grew up not because he was afraid, but because he didn’t want to becomes an adult, the kind of being that starts wars, kills and murders.
He wanted to be innocent, forever.
